Honestly I was attracted by the features they mentioned and as a part of Zoho , I respected Zohosalesiq also. But after using it as a live chat app and chatbot app for my website, I came to the conclusion that they just want money out of your pocket. Do not try Zoho Salesiq. It is complex and they just want you to pay for numerous departments, brands, operators and etc. Once you take subscription for all these, you will be charged continuosly and thyey will never return your money back Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has a great function of codeless bot builder which helps you to build a bot from the scratch with various options thereby helping to sort leads as per brands, audience type too. This helps to assign leads further to the respective sales/ hr teams to take it forward. Also, it has seamless integration with Zoho CRM. This helps you to not miss the conversation post or during working hrs. instead of having an agent been online throughtout the day. It also has a great integration with Whatsapp tool. Zoho sales iq I would like to get an option to fill in the pre-requisite fields as per the modules firstly when integration is switched on between sales iq and zoho crm. In case of integration of pushing of leads allowed, then a lot of fields which are mandatory are missed and leads are still pushed to CRM . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho One has everything a small business would need. We are happy with all the features and services. It is wasy to use. Customer Support is also amazing. I am using the features daily. And Zoho is constantly adding new services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing is the zoho ecosystem that has a solution for every business need. Once you go zoho, you never say oh no! The zoho one has strong features with a great customer support that helps you in solving all issues in real time. one you use one zoho application , others can also be later inetgrated to make a complete sales + marketing suite of apps that helps keep everything in 1 ecosystem. the benefit is easier collaboration between teams, better reporting, improving sales and saving costs. One usp of zoho is that it is not expensive and so even small businesses can easily adopt it. the zoho chatbot i use for my business seamlessly intgrates with zoho crm so all leads directly go and i can also create tickets for support functions without spending extra on 3rd party tools.
