Top Rated Zoho Meeting Alternatives
I like best that Zoho Meeting offer free trial for 14 days for new customers even without providing credit card details. So new users or those interested can get onboard without worrying about getting accidental charges in the future. It is a big help to get to use and be familiar with the interface even without paying yet. I like that the subscription fee has different tiers depending on usage and users, so for small companies or businesses there is no worry about signing up for costly subscription since it can be tailored fit to the size of use. I like best that I can get online and join any meeting anytime and anywhere. Yes, absolutely anytime and anywhere, whether am inside the office, in a coffee shop, on the road. I can easily join the meeting using laptop or desktop without downloading heavy application, because it is available thru browsers. But I have personally downloaded the mobile application coz it is easier to use and more convenient. Yes, even if I am on the road and my boss or colleagues want me to join the meeting which we almost always have every Monday and Thursday, I can jump in fast. Also the recording functionality is a big bonus for our work. It is a great help especially for us in the Customer Service Department. Many times, we have to review docs, files and even videos and at times, we dont get to catch everything at once in the meeting so the recording which we can review is a big plus. And we also use it as a reference as we move along. And it is autosaved on the cloud, so space saver but guarantee to be available when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For now, there is nothing that I dislike about Zoho Meeting. Except that our boss and department head is saying hopefully the subs fee can still be lessened especially during this pandemic. But again, it is not that I or we dislike but something hopefully can be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easy to set up my webinar/meeting - even when it came down to setting up the auto response emails, reminder emails and linking websites or landing pages that correspond to the webinar/meeting. I also really appreciate how quickly the customer service responded to my questions and being very understandable, helpful, friendly and yet professional. Oh, and let’s not forget about the free trial and the pricing is very reasonable for those who are starting out doing webinars/meeting and the quality that is great for both big and small business - just awesome period! There was no downside really - the only thing for me was trying to understand the difference between the free version and the paid version when it came to how many attendees you can have per cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since I have been a Jitsi user for a long time, looking for an option that would allow me to spare the hassle of self hosting my own recordings for an affordable price was always a challenge. When I decided to take the plunge one more time, I found the Zoho Meeting app, and decided to give it a chance. To my pleasure, the setup is quite similar to the one at Jitsi, and the option of cloud hosting the meeting recording made the experience even better. Based on those parameters, using Zoho as the main meeting tool, while having other FOSS options as a backup line, sound quite good for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, since the experiencie with Zoho is similar to other tools I have used, I can share a server lag related fear, but I think that would come up when the moment arrives. I would have loved to try a bit more of the paid benefits within the trial period, but taking into account how much it costs, I find it as a fair tradeoff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Compared to other platforms like Google Meet, I've found Zoho Meetings to offer a more stable and enjoyable experience. The video and audio quality are consistently excellent, minimizing frustrating lag and ensuring smooth communication. The user interface is also incredibly intuitive, making it easy for our team to navigate and utilize all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm using the free version until our company grows, so I have no complaints. Based on my experience, I don't have any concerns about upgrading to paid version. As soon as we hire direct employees we will upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i think, they need to introduce a booking page for Zoho meetings, because Zoho bookings is not very simple and straight forward as, for example, calendly is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pricing is very affordable for low number of meeting attendees. However, there is a price difference for higher number of attendees. Nevertheless, the more expensive tiers are still quite affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
