What do you like best about Zoho Forms?

We used Zoho Forms for a long time, unfortunately, we encountered certain functions that could not be applied. Therefore, after much deliberation, we decided to switch. For basic forms, it is easy to use. Additionally, it is also easy to integrate, and the emails are received well. I think we used Zoho Forms for 5 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Forms?

What do you like best about Zoho One?

I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier. What do you dislike about Zoho One?

It seems each tool has its own support team and tracking down an answer has been challenging. Sometimes there's chat support, sometimes not. Would like to have some consistency here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho One?

Zoho One offers a comprehensive suite of tools that integrate well with each other, which is great for streamlining multiple business functions in one place. What do you dislike about Zoho One?

The lead management process is frustrating for B2B companies. Zoho’s requirement to map a “Last Name” for all leads, even when only working with companies, leads to inefficient workarounds. As a B2B business, I source company details, not individual contacts, and Zoho's CRM doesn't provide a proper solution for mapping company information efficiently. The support process was also slow, and the workaround offered added more manual work, which defeats the purpose of using a CRM to streamline operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho One?

The flexibility of Zoho's suite is fantastic, the price-point makes the Zoho One suite a no-brainer when compared with competitor tools. I love the Zoho Deluge programming language which essentially means if a function is not available in the GUI, it can be built using custom functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho One?

Zoho one is very customizable. I liked being able to change forms or the layout and how I viewed certain modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho One?

So many modules have similar capabilities but you have to go to a completely separate module to find the one that was necessary for that project. Zoho have wide range of services in a single platform and amonth them which I liked mostly is Zoho forms, CRM, and mail solutions.
