Zoho Forms Pros and Cons

We used Zoho Forms for a long time, unfortunately, we encountered certain functions that could not be applied. Therefore, after much deliberation, we decided to switch. For basic forms, it is easy to use. Additionally, it is also easy to integrate, and the emails are received well. I think we used Zoho Forms for 5 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price is not optimal, in addition, you miss certain features. And if you're not careful, you might end up with an extra subscription. If you ask a question, it takes a long time before you really get an answer from the helpdesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier. It seems each tool has its own support team and tracking down an answer has been challenging. Sometimes there's chat support, sometimes not. Would like to have some consistency here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho One offers a comprehensive suite of tools that integrate well with each other, which is great for streamlining multiple business functions in one place. The lead management process is frustrating for B2B companies. Zoho’s requirement to map a “Last Name” for all leads, even when only working with companies, leads to inefficient workarounds. As a B2B business, I source company details, not individual contacts, and Zoho's CRM doesn't provide a proper solution for mapping company information efficiently. The flexibility of Zoho's suite is fantastic, the price-point makes the Zoho One suite a no-brainer when compared with competitor tools. I love the Zoho Deluge programming language which essentially means if a function is not available in the GUI, it can be built using custom functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So many modules have similar capabilities but you have to go to a completely separate module to find the one that was necessary for that project. Zoho have wide range of services in a single platform and amonth them which I liked mostly is Zoho forms, CRM, and mail solutions. I hate Zoho forms lack of customisation options they didn't have best theme to create forms due to that UI/UX of forms didn't look great and the main problem i found in pop-up forms , pop-up forms of Zoho it's very bad for Mobile devices it's not showing properly on mobile devices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
