What do you like best about Zoho Forms?

The upsides and most helpful features of Zoho Forms are as follows:- It is a drag and drop custom form builder, It can send email/SMS and app notifications once it is filled and submitted by a prospective customer and It integrates with other Zoho services like Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Forms?

The downsides of using Zoho Forms are as follows:- The free version has only 1 user which should be at least 3 as is the case with all other Zoho apps, the Zoho Forms website is not mobile-friendly and similar to other apps of Zoho, "Control Panel" should be renamed to "Settings" as it confuses new users. Recommendations to others considering Zoho Forms:

Even if you cannot afford a Form builder tool, I would strongly recommend Zoho Forms as it has the best mobile app as compared to others. The form submission notifications in the form of app notification, email or SMS is a very strong feature of Zoho Forms as others like integration with other apps and form approval feature. However, if you have 3 users for the free version of Zoho, only one of them will be able to use Zoho Forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Zoho Forms to capture leads from our website to Zoho CRM, in the form of a contact form which is embedded with the live chat as well as in the contact page or landing pages of different industries we provide services to. It is also used to log trouble tickets from our existing users which in turn logs a ticket in Zoho Desk.

The biggest pain point we had was getting notified of prospective customers' form submissions which Zoho Forms has resolved and now we do not miss any form submission from a potential lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Forms?

Simplicity! It is quite simple to create forms with Zoho Forms. And at the same time, you can create advanced forms as compared to some other tools like Google Forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Forms?

I am a marketing professional, I used to use a lot of marketing-related tools and features that Zoho has. Even small features like UTM capturing in the forms can cost you more pennies in terms of budget. Social media monitoring and scheduling, and creating highly customized forms were the best. What do you like best about Zoho Forms?

You can create basic forms using a variety of response types, keep track of the results, get notified of responses via email and SMS, export results to CSV and PDF, all with the free version. The paid version allows you to refine your design with backgrounds, font styles, colors, etc. And an unlimited number of forms. You can embed the form on your website and social media, send via SMS, and stop receiving responses when you wish. There are so many response types! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Forms?

If there is anything to dislike about this product, it is that we found it confusing when creating the reports that it was only a filter of the whole dataset, not an independent report which we could save. We ended up losing vital information by creating reports for each month and then deleting the data in the form, only to find out that the data in the report was gone. That was a hard lesson to learn. We are a literacy organization whose mission is to provide one-on-one tutoring for immigrants and adult learners. Using Zoho, and embedding both the learner intake forms and the tutor volunteer forms on our website and in other places, we are able to reach many people who need our services and who are looking to volunteer to tutor. Our learner intake form is multilingual so folks can fill out the form easily. We then have the data electronically and can contact the potential learners and match them with tutors. In addition, we have used forms for surveying our board, filling out learner/tutor agreements, applying for scholarships, signing up for tutor workshops, and much more. Zoho forms are easy to use, has many options and templates available to start. Provides seamless user experience. It offers all of the features to create forms at a great price point.
