What do you dislike about Zoho Forms?

I don't know that I dislike anything at this point. I feel like there is some functionality that I'm looking for currently, but I'm not sure if Forms can't do it or that I haven't researched enough on how to create what I'm looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Forms?

I love how easy and intuitive it is to create and edit forms for our organization. We have forms that are used internally and forms that we share publicly with our customers. The Zoho ecosystem makes it easy to parse through our customer forms and set up useful automation or alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Forms?

The downside to forms would be the internal access to some of them. viewing form reports, or assigning permissions and ownership isn't as straightforward as I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that, as a user, you only have to imagine what you need, and you can easily create it. I like the ease of customizing the forms or creating new ones. I can quickly share the link to get feedback from my customers instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
