What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

It is an intuitive tool, and its resources allow the organization of the departments involved in the support process at all levels, which gives me flexibility in management and follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

One of the features that could improve is the customization capability for the knowledge base.

I would like to be able to put my front-end team and designers to print the visual identity of my product on the platform, so my customers would have a more white label experience and not feel the transition from one solution to another so much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a relatively small company with a more demanding customer profile, we need to do more with as little effort as possible. At Zoho, we have tools that allow us to automate much of the work, which makes the team more productive.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

Zoho desk is a great and easy to implement platform for small-medium size organizations. It efficiently allows to serve customers by automating customer support functions, such as query management and support handling, remote assistance feature to solve an issue in real time.

Further, its process automation feature is great, allowinh series of actions to be automated that enables stakeholders to be notified of which actions to take.

It also provides timely and deep insights via ratings/ scorecards, to measure the effectiveness of customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

Sometimes the user interface feels a bit laggy when launching new workstreams or handling new ticket queries. Further, the platform faces connectivity issue from time to time.

Zoho allowed our organisation to effectively handle customer queries, by automating the tickets and assigning a required person to look into it. Further, its integration with Zoho CRM can further streamline the entire value chain of customer.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

Zoho was a very easy to use program from the get go, for myself and for my staff within my organization. I am very pleased thus far with the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

I am confused regarding the 'Free' for less than 3 agents description when I signed up for this. I am the only IT professional using it as an agent, the rest of the employees only submit tickets. Now I am bing asked to pay. I am confused on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho allows me to sufficiently document communication with the end user as well as all steps take to remedy their issues, with the ability to attach screen shots or documents for future reference.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

At first, we are Zoho users of multiple modules and if we need to expand to a help desk, it would naturally be Zoho Desk. It is an easy to use took but first we are exploring API integration to automate processes with our tool.

What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

As I am not a well seasoned programmer, besides the online documentation, which is very complete, I would like some samples of the coding and JSON structures. For example substructures in JSON as required by Create Ticket API and inserting Contact information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

We are extremely happy with this product. It's easy to use, super user friendly, our support team gets notified really fast. You can track all your customer requests, and you can get notified when someone replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's hard to personalize the reports. Sometimes the stats are not accurate with the volume of tickets and the response times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
