What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

I like that it's easy to use, meaning it's easy to teach your team mates effectively so that they are able to work on the system as convinient as possible to meat the companies' demands Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

The Zoho we have does not have supplier mananagement or an integrated solution for all operations. I would like to add that you add other function to have to the functions all at once in Zoho Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho desk is assist us with managing tasks related to customers efficiently and we are also able to track how much time was spent on a task so that we can be able to improve on our efficiency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That I was able to answer emails and have all of our tickets in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that it is so difficult to do Bulk functions that are over 50 tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are happy to hear this feedback from you. When the number of tickets to be updated is more than 50, you can use the mass update where you can create a custom view with the specific filter to group the tickets and select the 50 tickets from the list view to enable the checkbox ("select all the tickets from this view"). Once done, you can update more than 50 tickets at a time or all the tickets that is listed under a custom view.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

So easy to get up an running and easy to customise so works exactly as we want it to. Not padded with loads of features that will never be used, every feature has a purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
