What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

That I was able to answer emails and have all of our tickets in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

The fact that it is so difficult to do Bulk functions that are over 50 tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are happy to hear this feedback from you. When the number of tickets to be updated is more than 50, you can use the mass update where you can create a custom view with the specific filter to group the tickets and select the 50 tickets from the list view to enable the checkbox ("select all the tickets from this view"). Once done, you can update more than 50 tickets at a time or all the tickets that is listed under a custom view.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

So easy to get up an running and easy to customise so works exactly as we want it to. Not padded with loads of features that will never be used, every feature has a purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

No 1... the cost. The switch will save us significantly against our current provider. The functionality is equivalent with some nice additional features that will really help my team.

The switch process looks to be easy and my tech team will be making a start on that in the coming month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

I haven't spotted anything yet, security looks good and is DPA compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
