Zoho Crm plus is pretty much the right choice for small businesses to medium enterprises in terms of Customer relationship management from the strength of the software to the affordability it captures all the areas that an ideal Crm solution should cover and that makes this indeed a very valuable software. While Zoho provides good customer support but there is delay in response during peak times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the key advantages is its seamless integration with other Zoho products, which enhances overall functionality. The affordability of its robust features makes it an attractive option compared to competitors. Furthermore, its user-friendly interface allows for easy navigation, accommodating users of various technical backgrounds Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the downside, some users may encounter a learning curve due to the extensive features, which can initially feel overwhelming. Performance issues, such as occasional lag with large datasets, can also be a concern. Lastly, customer support may sometimes be slow, leading to delays in issue resolution. I use Zoho CRM+ almost daily and have been for the last 3+ years.
- It can do literally everything to run your business (social marketing, ads, email marketing, CRM, project management, analytics, invoicing, documents/signing, etc.)
- Because of the point above, it really is an incredible value.
- It is extremely customizable. Which is 100% essential because Zoho tools are built for any business type, not necessarily specific to your industry and your business.
- The customer support is excellent. They respond to emails quickly, with detailed replies and instructions. They are willing to jump on video calls.
- Excellent integration tools. It can integrate with Zapier and many other programs.
The ease of use (once it's set up how you need it) depends on your level of tech knowledge. But overall I would rate ease of use a 7/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- It is very overwhelming and challenging to implement. I'm very proficient with software programs and there are still thousands of things I haven't learned about the tools available in Zoho. It could be way overkill for your needs. I wish there was a "Zoho University" full of PDFs, infographics, training videos etc. Their YouTube channel is sometimes helpful.
- It takes a TON of time to learn and customize. Where as other tools that are built with your specific industry may lack flexibility, but be more "ready to go" from day 1.
- Because of the points above, we don't use half of the Zoho CRM+ tools that are available to us. It would be nice to have all of our tools under 1 cohesive system. But it takes so much time to learn, integrate, and implement.
I feel like Zoho CRM+ tools/apps were built by very technical software engineers for an audience of other technical professionals. Thus if you're a higher level business owner, or creative professional, the tools feel very clinical or complicated.
I really wish there were ways to simplify the UI, change colors and fonts to match your brand, and change more categories to help your team understand how that section applies to your specific company. Overall, it is good in this category, but not great. I would give it a 6/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part of Zoho CRM+ is how easy it is to use and get accustomed to. Unlike other crms, zoho can be customised to meet almost any industry's process. It is a hundred percent value for money tool without any gimmicks or fancy features. Also to mention, the mobile app support is excellent, calls and texts are autologged from my personal device too.
Third party integration is pretty simple and works smooth, we are using zohobooks and calendly for scheduling meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. The UI is somewhat outdated compared to other patforms.
2. For the amount of customizations available, it lacks a learning hub or community to understand the features better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We quickly get the details of the clients from different platforms integrated together and also the cost is reasonable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is difficult to learn first hand for a non technical person Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how simple and easy it is to use, we can tailor it almost any process. We have tuned it to send automated welcome emails based on the website form enquiries, the whole automation was setup by ourselves without any separate administration team, its really that easy to set up. The lead management and pipeline visualisation is top notch, you can access it from mobile too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The part is dislike is that because its highly customizable, the learning curve is pretty steep for new users. We end up getting overwhelmed because of the number of options and settings available .
They also lack in customer support, it's very poor and takes a while to get a response from their team, also lacks in learning materials available for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use - its surprisingly easy to use and get familiared with. It has to be the top ranked(in my personal opinion) sales crm that I used till date.
Zoho is extremely customizable and suitable for almost any type of business. It's also mobile friendly and logs activities without any fuss.
Their customer support is top notch I have to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As it comes with a ton of customization, it takes a while to implement and get running. I feel like we don't use even half the tools available.
It gets the job done, however I wish there was a learnhing hub like hubpot academy for zoho Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support can be improved
Following up with customers can be improved - doesn't notify sales execs to follow up/retain/attract customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration capabilities and flexibility in handling various business functions have been very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface could be more intuitive, and some features feel a bit outdated compared to other platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would have to say the price point is the most attractive aspect of Zoho CRM. While Zoho CRM doesn't have the most visually attractive GUI, it still offers flexibility for a user, from adding a contact to creating an opportunity and tracking its funnel progress. I found that the other main competitors have more of a fluid pipeline management process and a broader range of integrations. As touched on before, the GUI is not the most visually appealing, and when you couple that with the different steps it takes to add a lead, convert it into an opportunity, and add notes on progress, you may find the process to be slightly more daunting than other CRMs you have used.
