We use it in our organization for setting business rules to automatically trigger actions for bug events and also S]select events to send email notifications to assignees, reporters and other users. What do you like best about Zoho BugTracker?

Flexible pricing makes it much easier to maintain for a small company (10+ users) than Jira, other than that it's a very similar tool - which is all we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho BugTracker?

The layout and UI feel a bit old-school. With Jira reworking their visuals and UX feel, BugTracker falls short in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
