What do you like best about Zoey?

Initially, we were drawn to the front-end flexibility Zoey offers for our sales reps - being able to both write orders on their computers in the office and on their phones / tablets when in the field. As we have used it over the past year, and as I have become more experienced using the back end, the cleverness of the program has really become apparent. programming and making edits to the website are intuitive and quick. And when I can't figure something out, the tech support has been top-notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoey?

Contrary to what I wrote above, the admin interface took quite a while to get comfortable with - I love it now that I know how to use it, but it was very intimidating at the beginning. The integration with Netsuite isn't as smooth as we would like - we frequently have to force items to sync, but it's a quick process, and not a real hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoey?

ZERO programming. 100% configurable.

It has, by far, the most functionality of any eCommerce system we have implemented.

We did a system evaluation between 20+ eCommerce systems and Zoey came out on top. Big Commerce came in 2nd. Why? Data. If you have a large amount of product data, then Zoey is your system. We have 1,000+ Finished Good SKUs (children) that are derived from 200 Work In Progress (parent) SKUs. Big Commerce was not able to import that data, as their data import system was through a 3rd party who would not provide support. Zoey's data import is native, which they provide support for.

PLUS, every time we come up with a crazy idea of how to represent our products, Zoey has a way to do it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoey?

Zoey is extemely flexible. It can be set Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoey?

With Zoey, you can set up a simple online store or run a complete B2B or B2C business. Inventory control, custom price levels and customer categories are only the beginning. Once set up, the platform is very fast and I have not experienced any downtime. The online support pages are well documented with lots of video examples. Customer support if needed has always been very responsive and knowledgable. There are lots of third-party integrations if you need more power. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoey?

Zoey has a ton of features including customizations that allow you to tailor your B2B to your business. Zoey is constantly improving and adding features, and they are very responsive to Customer Service inquiries even adding new features where needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoey?

There is honestly not a lot I don't like about Zoey. Store credits are a bit clunky to use, but as mentioned above, they are working to improve that this year because they are constantly working to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoey?

The people are very helpful. It has helped us move all of our orders from us entering to the customers ordering online.

They are constantly making improvements to their featureset and especially their api. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoey?

The built-in website editor is very useful, especially to nonprogrammers and casual users. Integrates with Shipstation easily and real-time updates are amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some important features are missing and have limitations. For example, if an order was created using a Net payment method, you cannot change the payment method to charge a credit card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for reviewing Zoey - we always value feedback from our customers! I'm happy to report that you can change the payment method. Our support team has offered this information regarding your issue:

"When an order is placed using a customer's billing terms (NetTerms), payment can be accepted in several different ways. You can mark the invoice as paid manually, but you can also send the invoice with a "Pay Now" link for the customer to pay online via Credit Card or ACH. The admin back-office also allows you to process payment of the invoice by selecting a "Pay Now" option so your sales, customer support or accounts receivable team can process credit card or ACH payment over the phone, or by using a saved credit card or bank account on the customer's account. Lastly if you have Zoey hooked up to your accounting software (such as with our native Quickbooks Online or NetSuite connectors), you can use Zoey for automated online accounts receivable and have any offline/direct payments or wire transfers sync back to Zoey."
