What do you like best about Zinc?

The best thing - Its user-friendly interface and also Zinc is built with a lot of features that we can use to communicate quickly and securely with our colleague( about location and price) - communication with a colleague is very smooth and no interference. What do you like best about Zinc?

Zinc is fully integrated into our SMS and allows our field personnel and internal personnel to communicate quickly and easily with the appropriate support. It also has tremendous tracking ability to so we can see the traffic flowing through the system. There are so many things to like about this system. The broadcasting feature is excellent for sending the same communication to every user or groups of users. It allows everyone to be on the same page. You have the ability to share files, images, video call or voice call, chat...and we have it embedded into our work orders so all zinc communications are tracked. The broadcasting feature has also been a huge bonus for our business so we can communicate the same information to a large audience, making sure everyone is on the same page. What do you dislike about Zinc?

I have not found something I don't like yet. The application has been nothing but helpful thus far, super easy to set up our hotlines. The broadcast feature is also perfect for our service bulletins, making sure everyone is on the same page when things change. The system is still relatively new for us so there might be some issues that pop up for us as we mature and begin to use the software more and more but as of now we really do not see a whole lot of downside to making the decision to invest in utilizing Zinc into our ServiceMax deployment. The support team for Zinc has also been a great pleasure to work with and they are always ready to answer our questions or concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would highly recommend this product to others, it offers a ton of efficiencies for our service model and the possibilities are endless. We needed to find a solution for our technicians to be able to communicate quickly and easily from their smartphones or tablets to our support teams and vice versa. This software allows us to create hotlines for our field personnel to be connected immediately to the correct support personnel to help solve an issue right away. It enables all sorts of collaboration tools to get things resolved much faster then our old methods. Our field service technicians have a quick and easy way of speaking to support, to each other, to managers...it has really been a catalyst to encourage our teams and individuals to connect by the various means or channels that Zinc provided to it has been awesome to work with this product. What do you like best about Zinc?

There are times when I become confused, I love the variety of options Zinc provides within its app. The programme is still usable and capable of being customised to my needs despite occasional bugs. The core problem with Zinc is that it can't link partners from different group domains, which renders the programme practically useless. Its inability to facilitate communication with outside parties greatly reduces its capacity for collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zinc?

Zinc may be a great messaging app that is exceptionally secure. You will interface with individuals, or entire groups of individuals in a moment, drops your area, send pictures and recordings, thrust to the conversation and great ancient calling. It solved our communication problem with our users who are working onsite. We could communicate with them seamlessly. We also used the VoIP service effectively with them. What do you like best about Zinc?

I can get messages and comms from anyone on my team which is helpful and efficient especially for announcements from my manager. I like how the platform can easily be integrated with other critical functions like our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For an individual user, the pricing is rather steep. The solution is also not as customizable as others. There are occasional bugs but nothing that would stop me from using it altogether. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
