- Zimbra is very stable if compare to the traditonal mail server such as postfix, its elastic and can scale the mailbox, hosting multiple domain on the same server, chat service, and conference.

Lack of features like tracking of email opens, text shortcuts (saving text paragraphs in Zimbra which can be called with shortcuts), a dashboard for tracking email delivery, opens and similar. Working with Linux makes this a very stable mail platform. They're constantly updating bugs in the version they're using. There is good local support and support from the developer corporation. The implementation is easy to use and configure, we have a number of domains, and they all work very well. I believe this alone will improve the efficiency of server management. In order to track incoming and outgoing e-mails for administrative purposes, they must also be processed via the interface.
