What do you like best about Zillow?
The only reason to advertise on Zillow is so that you are the only agent that appears on your listings. Other than that, I find it way overpriced for the amount and quality of leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zillow?
It's a quick and easy way to get a rough estimate of properties values, see photos, and start to understand the basics of real estate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zillow?
Although relatively good, Zillow does not seem to update its information, which means that when a home sells, it will stay on their website showing that it is still available. This starts to cause difficulty, because a client will send me a link saying, "Hey, I'd like to view this home!" And I have to tell them that it sold weeks ago...
