"ZeroFox: Robust Digital Protection with Intuitive Interface and Real-Time Threat Intelligence"
5/5
What do you like best about ZeroFox?

ZeroFox sets itself apart by delivering strong protection against digital risks, swiftly detecting and addressing threats across social media, email, and web platforms. The interface is easy to navigate, and the real-time threat intelligence gives organizations the ability to take proactive steps in safeguarding their digital assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroFox?

One issue with ZeroFox is that it occasionally produces a large number of alerts, some of which are false positives. This can make it difficult to focus on genuine threats. Furthermore, the platform's customization options for certain features could be more adaptable to better meet the unique requirements of different organizations. "Effortless Takedown Management, But Detection and Success Rates Need Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ZeroFox?

ZeroFox handles most of the configuration and takedown actions on our behalf, but still gives us the ability to roll up our sleeves and tweak configurations as we want to.

The process of taking down fraudulent websites has been outsourced, where it was handled by our Legal department in the past with high effort and varying degrees of success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroFox?

The success of taking down a fraudulent site or account is unreliable. This is often out of ZeroFox's hands and a limitation of the downstream provider, but the takedown success rate seems to be much lower than was let on during the sales process, which was disappointing.

We have found several fraudulent sites on our own and reported them manually to ZeroFox for takedown. I would have hoped that ZeroFox would have detected these, and have done more to engage us when we manually report things so that they can proactively improve their detection rules.

The takedown interface, log of activity, and communication is confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Absolutely Love This Software!"
5/5
What do you like best about ZeroFox?

ZeroFox provides an efficient and comprehensive platform to detect and manage impersonation threats across multiple channels. Its capabilities for tracking and initiating takedowns of fraudulent social media accounts, VIP impersonations, malicious domains, and even WhatsApp group scams have been extremely valuable for protecting our organization and stakeholders. The intuitive interface and timely alerts enable our team to respond quickly to emerging threats, significantly reducing risk exposure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroFox?

While ZeroFox is highly effective, some takedown processes—especially involving certain social media platforms or domain registrars—can take longer than expected due to third-party response times. Additionally, the platform could benefit from more granular reporting and analytics features to help quantify the impact and outcomes of takedown actions over time. "Good Overall Experience"
4/5
What do you like best about ZeroFox?

The end-to-end external threat intelligence that is attached to automatic and proactive brand protection. The ability to click a button to request a takedown of impersonating domains or other media sources. The ability to be alerted if our domains or accounts are found in dark web dumps. The API integrations with our SOAR and other platforms makes automating responses easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroFox?

The UI could be better. Specifically the search alert feature can be slow at times and not find results you might be looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Yet User-Friendly Security Platform"
4/5
What do you like best about ZeroFox?

I like that ZeroFox is easy to use and friendly to access. The information it provides is very complete. The brief intelligence feature is nice to have as it keeps me updated on cyber news and cyber crimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroFox?

Sometimes the information is repeated on some alerts, generating some noise. The preview information can be small at times, and the web page doesn't have a dark mode, which is harsh on the eyes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My experience of ZeroFox has been a positive one, both of the platform and their customer service"
5/5
What do you like best about ZeroFox?

The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate and, if there are any issues, then the customer service and/or technical support staff are more than accommodating in seeking solutions to questions and business needs.

The sheer variety of features available to the user and the ease with which new assets, policies and other search types can be implemented and integrated into a business's workflow makes it an excellent solution for social media listening and brand protection purposes, to name just a couple.

Our use case of the platform is relatively niche compared to the way other companies likely use it, but this was no impediment to us getting as much as we can out of the system and the customer success/tech support team were always on hand to assist us in getting it right for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroFox?

The only potential drawback I can think of in relation to ZeroFox is that there will always be new and emerging social media and other online platforms coming on the market which ZeroFox may take a little time to catch up with and incorporate into its monitoring offering.

This is not the biggest criticism as it is relatively unavoidable but ZeroFox are usually pretty quick to add new platforms and sites to their repertoire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
