You can Link your defects to Stories.
You can Link your defects to Task.
You can Link your defects to Requirements.
It is really easy to Create Test Cases, Update those test cases, and Cloning those test cases.
You can easily Planning the Test Cycle which makes it really useful.
The cloning is not only limited to Test Cases, It allows you to clone the whole test cycle.

Test case importing from existing excel sheet is not easy.
Filtering and searching is quiet hectic when you have lots of test cases.
It does not allow to import the test results.

The integration with JIRA is perhaps the best part. It has a pretty intutiive interface that makes QA a breeze and the ticketing system seamless when working between the analytics and development teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zephyr Enterprise?
So far, there is nothing to dislike from my end. The product has been the easiest QA tool I have used when compared to the very manual process of using debuggers and manual ticketing that my team and I used before.
