What do you like best about Zephyr Enterprise?

Integrates very well with JIRA. Very easy to write test cases, and I really like the new test cycle view for organizing our release test activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zephyr Enterprise?

Features are slow to be released. I've reported obvious bugs in the past only to get them explained to me as "feature requests." I'd like to think that a product aimed at professional software testers would be tested a little more than it is. They had a major breaking change recently that made cycles unavailble for a day and a half. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
