What do you like best about Zenvia Conversion?

Sirena allows a large number of tools that you can extract from WhatsApp: Have a certified line (Green Check), distribute conversations between agents and speed up responses. This is a great plus, since you will access tools that only the API can offer, such as data registration and operations between users, adding CRM-type tools. What do you like best about Zenvia Conversion?

The UX is very easy to use and onboarding is super simple. The way it manages multiple agents is great and the shared inbox improvement in their last version was a real gamechanger Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenvia Conversion?

Sometimes there's lag in sending messages, it's not always related to Sirena, sometimes it's on the provider side, but that's the only catch. It would be great to have automations in the platform... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is really easy to setup and manage!

You can really setup everything in a morning and work right after Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenvia Conversion?

Delays and disconections, Reminders do not show up on time, but the very worst is when messages don´t show up inmediatly, it can take over 20 minutes to show in the web page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

La rápida atención que podemos dar a los contactos y la efectividad también teníamos el problema de ingreso de 1000 contactos y 500 contactados, hoy esa brecha es mucho mas corta gracias a Sirena Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Me parece que tiene complicaciones con ciertos modelos de teléfonos, ahora nos ocurre que generamos un nuevo reporte de entrevistas y no les esta apareciendo a todos creemos que se debe al modelo del Celular y eso que es un modelo regularmente nuevo, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
