The tool itself is very good, however, in my view, in Brazil, what managers are really looking for (at least in the traditional buying and selling segments) would be:
1. Simulating WhatsApp (contacts, conversations, histories) within the tool without redirecting to WhatsApp Web.
2. Detailed control of what the salespeople do/say.
I believe that for the more traditional sectors, which do not have a structure in the company with a person 100% in digital marketing, a basic and continuous consultancy would be extremely important for managers to see the results and evolve their sales process. At the time we used the tool, we couldn't have clarity about the integration with RDSTATION, they only answered our questions without assisting us in implementing the process. I remember even volunteering to talk to the owners to switch to the pro plan, but due to the low number of users (I believe), we didn't receive the necessary attention from support.

I believe you may be having success, but perhaps there are segments that are slipping away. I understand that the focus is on more complex products or sales, which require greater step-by-step control, of more expensive products, but still, the cost of the tool does not hinder the margin for products of lower added value, and this is a very large market!

The software seems easy but it is not, they wanted to make a simple ERP and it is rather cumbersome, a simple price query is a headache, they never put themselves in the customer's shoes, the software is designed from the point of view of a Business Manager (not even from a vendor). Before integrating Sirena into the marketing team at VitriCristales, we had to fight over the mobile team and WhatsApp Web to handle the 100 to 150 leads we got per day.
The customer service process was very interrupted because our prospects had to go through the sales team and the design team. On average, it took us up to 7 hours from the first contact with the prospect until the deal was closed. Currently, we are converting prospects to clients in as little as 30 minutes.
The features they offer are phenomenal. Being able to schedule the call or chat for a specific date ensures that nothing is left out or forgotten.

Actually, what I dislike about the service is beyond their control. It has not been possible after 6 months to validate my WhatsApp line account. I hope that soon Facebook will activate my account and it will become an Official Business Account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks to Sirena, we have been able to implement the corporate whatsapp channel in Falco Cargo, transferring our clients to the different areas, as required. This has allowed us to improve response times and have full traceability of the conversation when interacting with our different facilitators.
