When receiving a lead from Facebook and trying a new conversation with the client, you need to add WhatsApp, thus generating another new lead, not being able to merge the two in the same conversation. For example, adding the number to the Facebook contact, I can't switch to WhatsApp in the same conversation, and once added on Facebook, I can't talk to them anymore unless I add them to my personal phone.
