What do you like best about Zenphi?

We had workflows built and deployed within the first week of our engagement with Zenphi. Not long after we had already realied our ROI. The product is used all day, every day. As it is a SAAS solution it was easy to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenphi?

While it is no-code it could more intuitive for non-IT users. A novice user would not be able to build complex workflows. Secondly, since they are based in Australia it can be difficult to get live customer suport in the US during normal business hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zenphi?

The best thing about Zenphi is that if your entire workspace is based on Google products, you can trust it. As the team grows, it becomes challenging to manage team workflow. This is where Zenphi works like a charm! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's only made for Google products. I wish it would help with other tools like Microsoft as well. We were already using Google tools, so it was easy for us. What do you like best about Zenphi?

Gave very good administrative control over our account handling process and helped automate handling of documents and google form information without requiring the tech team to go through new interns' details manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenphi?
