I am using Zeffy to plan events/sell tickets for my organization and have found it very intuitive and flexible. I know that others in my org use it for different kinds of fundraisers, donation campaigns, apparel sales, etc and I am impressed that it seems to work for all of us.

Most recently I needed to create an event with many different ticket types and it was really easy to manage and set up was quick because I was able to clone ticket types.

I also like that the Zeffy page can function as a promotion for the event itself because it is highly personalized. Otherwise I would have had to create a separate landing page for the event and just embedded the zeffy link. This saved me that step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have recently made the switch to Zeffy and we're still learning a new capabilities but so far it has been excellent for our small non-profit organization. It has helped us streamline and manage memberships including being able to accept credit card payments without taking a cut to out of our limited funds. Like anything new, it takes a little bit of time to adjust and ride the learning curve. We worried that some of our members would be opposed to the online payment system. We are still running our old systems and methods of payment for anyone who wanted to still pay that way, but so far we haven't heard any complaints! So far the only thing that I think could be improved is how Zeffy requests the donation near the end of the transaction. Zeffy has provided our organization the opportunity to have a wider reach and impact with the various tools for organizers found on the website to include creating and sharing campaigns and events, email communication, and the tool to build your website. I am most excited about the website feature as I have been putting off building our website for quite some time, and Zeffy just made my life 100 times easier with the option to create a .org page. I can't wait to start working on that. I also do not consider myself very savvy as it comes to navigating technology, but the Zeffy interface is so user-friendly. I am hooked. I am bummed that Zeffy did away with the option to help nonprofits file for 501c3 status. Although I understand why this is no longer an offered feature, I was hoping to utilize the platform to file for another 501c3 for another organization I run. We are a small non-profit that hosts 4 or so events per year. We tried a couple of WordPress plug-ins for event registration which proved to be difficult to use, very buggy and came with very little documentation or support. Other online platforms were far too expensive for us. Zeffy is incredibly easy to use and their customer support far exceeds anything I've experienced anywhere. Zeffy has really improved their email capabilities to compete with services like Mailchimp, but so far there are a couple of key pieces that are still missing, notably the ability for users to update their email preferences. There are also some some limitations way that CRM information is uploaded or entered. But I know Zeffy is working on these and other issues, so I have no doubt that improvements are coming. Versatility - the fact that it is ticketing software, a CRM and communication tracker for our customers/donors. And as a charity, its one less thing we have to worry about raising money to pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that a donor/customer cannot contribute to more than one campaign in a singe payment transaction. for example - Someone that wants to buy tickets to an event and also to a raffle at the same time.

Really, this is the only thing that I wish Zeffy would find a way to solve with shopping cart set-up or something. I was hoping that was what the org page was going to be for but I don't yet see that capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We value that Zeffy is completely free for nonprofits, allowing us to direct more of every donation toward our mission rather than platform fees. Overall, we've had a positive experience. If we could improve one thing, it would be having more customization options for donation pages and reporting, as well as additional integrations with other nonprofit tools. It is easy to use and meets our needs. We have used it for collecting donations, meeting registrations, and as a platform to sell items. I am not an IT person but I have found it very easy to use. Inventory tracking is easy, even if you don't have them pay through the tap to pay or electronic system. Zeffy is a very easy platform to use for our initial registration process for our event. Our budget for this event is right around $100k and using Zeffy has saved us around $4k in credit card fees each time we've used it (this is our 2nd year). It is very easy to setup. It is also easy to offer refunds when necessary and we don't have to worry about losing out on those fees. We also utilized Zeffy to refund a portion of registration as a scholarship gift. The Evergreen District also used Zeffy for our 2025 District Convention. Zeffy also works great with getting the funds from Zeffy to our own bank account and being able to set the time (weekly or monthly) of deposits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With regard to Harmony College NW, Zeffy does NOT integrate with our Sched platform. While we use Zeffy for our initial registration, we have to manually add those registration into Sched as Sched is our primary scheduling program for our three day, 8-session conference. Finances section has streamlined our way of reviewing donations and seeing futures of upcoming donation. It was simple to setup, while being guided step by step. The biggest part that I like the most is the no fee's to use the platform. Zeffy is a non-profit-focused platform. They are constantly trying to find ways to support non-profits with tools that make running a non-profit and taking donations easier AND free for non-profits.

They don't exist to make money off us. They exist to HELP us. They not only offer TOTALLY FREE services to non-profits, but also offer help with choosing and using those services.

For example, I was browsing fundraising options and tried one out and decided not to utilize a particular one at that time. They almost immediately emailed me and asked if there was a problem that prevented me from setting up that type of fundraiser. They care about your success and do everything they can to make it easier.

The communications features enabled us to format and send our first email newsletter! For FREE - unlike many of the other mailer platforms.
