I work for a marketing agency that supports the Comprose team. All of their marketing policies and procedures are in Zavanta, and they have been able to share them with us and get everyone on the same page so easily; from brand guidelines to how-to’s on the software itself, everything is super easy to access and saves me from having to bug their team with questions. The system is very detailed and helps all of us work more efficiently, save time, and minimize errors.

The templates for authoring policies and procedures really do make sense and turn out very readable and understandable documents. It allows to put in exceptions, and makes attaching videos, documents, or weblinks very easy. The user portal is also easy for people to look for something using key words. My account representative has always been immediately responsive, and although I always prefer one on one support, their support ticketing responses through email have been very comprehensive. I don't find myself having back and forth emails to get a helpful response--they truly understand my issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The hardest part is to get other authors to think the "Zavanta" way about policies and procedures. Users come with a preconceived way of writing a policy, that often created the confusing documents of other organizations, and it is very difficult to show them the better way. We still have difficulty with the review and approval process. Initially the set up of the documents and site was very difficult but it is not difficult to maintain. Zavanta provides easy access to all our employees to see procedures and make sure they are always viewing the most recent version. Being web-based, it's easy for anyone to access and it's nice to be able to link procedures together and navigate quickly. It has lots of customization which allowed us to build something that meets our needs. But it also has good controls in place to make sure only qualified people can make necessary changes. Zavanta has been helpful from a compliance-standpoint in audits because it shows that we have organization and control within our quality system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zavanta allows us to update content and images within their system easily. It allows us to create new documents easily, keep them organized, and version them to ensure we are using the most updated version out in the field. We are able to quickly search thousands of documents for terms and replace those terms without having to open and search each document individually. Their customer support quickly responds to tickets when entered with quick solutions while they work with the developers to find long-term solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although not a negative about the product, the initial setup does take time to implement- make sure you have a good document number system in place before you begin creating a large number of documents. There have been a few instances where support tickets have been entered for bugs and no timeline as to when those issues would be resolved was provided (some are still open). I am a freelance consultant who supports the Comprose team. They use Zavanta for their own procedures which makes it really easy for a new person jumping into a project. It’s so easy to search and find what you need. I have several documents that I frequently use, this saves time and are added to my favorites.
They have SOPs for standardizing payment and invoicing process. I have written several procedures and it’s easy to create authoring templates. This reduces inconsistent structure and greatly improves readability. They link procedures inside of Salesforce for faster access. The system automates the approval process for leadership through workflows that used to be ad hoc, inconsistent relying on manual memory
If I run into a problem with Zavanta I just email customer support and a highly trained support tech responses in a timely manner.
As a consultant, I’ve worked with many different organizations and have observed how companies get the work done. I’ve never seen anything so organized! Most of my clients are more reactive and the Comprose team is proactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zavanta has helped us to maintain a single source of truth across our international offices - with easy customization of documents and training campaigns for the different locations. The automated training function allows us to ensure staff are always aware of new procedures, and the document control features and reporting functions allow us to maintain good quality of documentation and track compliance across the business. I am the COO of a marketing agency, and using Zavanta has changed the game for us. Zavanta is user-friendly and gives me the peace of mind that I know where everything is. It’s simple for my team to use, and everyone was able to adapt to it easily. Using Zavanta has saved us so much in the office just by now, having the ability to find a procedure quickly and not miss any steps. Their support team is super friendly and responsive too - both by phone or email. The system is so easy to cutomize to make it our own. We are able to add fields that make sense to us and to organize and display the documents on a business-branded page. New employees find it extremely helpful to find information for the onboarding process and have even commented that "this is the most organized documentation that they have seen in any of the companies they have worked for". As an adminstrator there are many elements available to me to automate tasks, follow-up, and analyze data. The customer support and customer success teams are amazing and respond right away to help out with whatever is needed. Some of the more advanced features such as workflows are a bit challenging but it is likely ownly because I use them so infrequently and haven't taken the opportunity to read the system help and learn them better myself. As an administrator I find Zavanta very user friendly, there are many tools available to me to follow-up, create and track documents through the workflow.
Zavanta allows us to have all our documents in one place, with the current revision available to all our employees worldwide.
The Training Campaigns are very helpful to ensure the employees are aware of the any compliance documents or new revision requires them to read.
