What do you like best about Zappyhire?

The application (Zappyhire) flows very well and links everyhting so easy. Starting from raising a job request till the joining of the candidate. Stores data and all the require details at one place also reporting and analytics is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zappyhire?

They haven't rolled it out yet but there is still a lot of room to grow. There are a several functions that I was used to on other system and yet to configure in Zappyhire which is planned in the next development cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zappyhire solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a part of the recruitment team, we used to work on two different platforms for candidate tracking and candidate onboarding system. With Zappyhire, it is very efficient and quick to track the status of candidates as well as manage the overall onoarding journey. Below are the few points I would like to highlight -

1. User Friendly

The portal was really helpful for our recruitment process especially in scheduling interviews, sharing feedbacks to the candidates, rejection mails etc. Overall its a fine one. We are also receiving necessary support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zappyhire?

Integration with MS Teams

After scheduling an interview, multiple mails are received for the candidate, which sometimes creates a bit confusion regarding the interview link for the same. Some of our candidates has reported some complication for uploading certain supporting documents like payslips.

Also in the automated chatbot, I have noticed that candidates can bypass certain basic screening questions, which need an improvement.
