We've noticed that the quality of candidates that are hired is on par with other giants in the industry. Lastly, we also love that they release new features every month. This proves that they're staying ahead of the game and constantly improving. We 100% recommend Zappyhire. **What do you dislike about Zappyhire?** Would be nice if the reports can be made more customizable (like adding a custom calculation field,) but it is a far ask considering the effort they put in perfecting the product features every month. So far, we have reported only minor bugs that were fixed by the support team without much delay. The drag and drop feature for setting up the hiring cycle and video interview feature are by far the best in terms of flexibility! A small-sized creative company like ours also requires assessments that should be crafted to measure very specific design skills. Zappyhire's flexible assessments setup was very helpful in evaluating candidates at scale. Since all assessments are consolidated as a single report card, it is easier for us to decide whether or not to advance a candidate to the next stage. Detailed reporting and analytics are helpful to make sure we are hitting the right hiring KPIs. The onboarding process was handled very efficiently and within the agreed timeframe. Hence the whole candidate screening process is very easy. 1) They have a sturdy product which requires only minimal maintenance. Everything is DIY, therefore it is easy for our HR department to configure everything. 2) The interviewer portal is particularly helpful to keep track of interviews that are lined up as well as see how other interviewers have scored the candidates since they have to go through multiple rounds of interviews, especially with high-level management 3) After the interviews, the scoring screen cannot be closed without updating the scores. This is a huge time-saver as the HR team does not have to do follow-ups with interviewers to complete this. The feedback from our candidates has also been positive.
