YSoft SAFEQ is an integrated platform for print management and document capture. Our integrated approach, copied by others, leads the way in making IT's life easier. The company also develops and manufactures its own card readers and mobile phone readers and external terminals. This way, customers are assured that both software and hardware work well together and has one supplier to contact for support.

YSoft SAFEQ is used by SMB and Enterprise alike. Our platform and software architecture takes a Building Block approach. Purchase what you need today and easily add additional features when you need it. Subscription pricing model or traditional licenses are available.

YSoft SAFEQ can be deployed on-premise or a private cloud. Public, hosted cloud print management is in early access.

What do you like best about YSoft SAFEQ?

What do you like best about YSoft SAFEQ?

Another Suit more (like the 10000 that exist) for centralized printing management. With a good management of expenses of each client, on the management of cost centers / departments, good management of the embeded in the printers. Very good frontend and proper management of server resources. His management of 3D printing (extra module) is very good too. In short, a good usefulness that does not stand out in anything, but does not seriously fail in anything either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YSoft SAFEQ?

Its deployment in printers and clients could be better, they need to polish that, as well as different parts of their system of differentiation between A3-A4-A5 prints, color, duplex, photo, B/N ... sometimes it is a little bit. On the other hand, the price could be somewhat more competitive, taking into account the immense competition in a booming sector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
