It is a simple platform and very easy to use. It is possible to follow all ongoing procedures at a glance as well as completed procedures. The ability to maintain a directory of signatories, validators, and assign different functions for each procedure is really practical. The signature feature is a real plus, as well as the addition of comments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The import of an address book would be a real asset. I am generally quite satisfied with the features, they are more than sufficient for me in the context of the signature procedures I initiate daily. Perhaps a few templates could be welcome depending on the type or category of the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is very easy to use and ergonomic. The offers are clear and the price is fixed. I chose Yousign for the possibility of making advanced signatures that are legally required for certain acts. Reminders are sent automatically and templates are already provided. Yousign offers a discount based on the commitment duration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The identity document recognition system is sometimes temperamental.
It is not possible to import a contact list from an excel file.
There is no mobile application or word plug-in to allow a quick transfer to the site.
The uploaded files must necessarily be in pdf format, which is not always convenient: there is no automatic conversion system from word format to pdf format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest advantage is the enormous increase in environmental friendliness. I think everyone knows the situation where something is printed just for the signature, only to be sent digitally again. Also not to be overlooked is the time savings, as it can be signed directly, no matter where you are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have nothing directly that we don't like. An "add on" would be the option to delete, simply having the choice to select "hard" or "soft delete." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Yousign is easy to use with a very straightforward user interface. PDF files up to 50 MB can be uploaded and it is very easy to add external signers. The killer feature for me is setting the interval for the reminders. So my headach actually ends when I upload a contract because I do not have to chase the signature. I would appreciate some contract templates. This would make the solution even more powerful as I would start everything contract realted in Yousign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
French company! Functional API version with generally responsive servers. Custom configuration via the API. The support during the installation of the service was responsive. Relationship with the sales service was pleasant and understanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Signature counter recently added, there is still a lack of information tracking on activity by email, for example. Signature packs can sometimes be oversized compared to actual needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Yousign's signature digital APIs helped us integrate digital singing in our existing workflow, which is great feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The templates in yousign are very limited due to which sometimes it becomes irrelevant for us to yousign. More templates needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Global interface + speed for setting up a signature + responsive customer service + email notification when a contract is signed + ability to just sign a contract internally without necessarily multiple external signatures + the interface being in French and a French company with teams in France. I had met the teams through Sterne in Normandy, so I am even more attached to this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. When adding a contact, a "pop-up" appears in the same place as the "continue" button, so you have to wait for it to disappear to be able to continue.
2. I was unable to configure anything other than the signature accompanied by "read and approved" or the 3/4 other texts that are there. I would like to be able to add the name, first name, address, etc.
3. Receiving the same signature notification email even though it is us and not the client who signed.
I think these are the only 3 negative points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple process to add a new document / sign process. And just everything works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot allow more users to use this app, due to cost.
It's not clear about what can happens if yousign company disappear ?
It's not clear about how much we can trust Yousign to be our Single Source of Truth to store signs.
We've not found a clear process/way to store signed with proof documents in our files manager (nextcloud).
Contacts part may be really miss some features, and we have not found a correctness way to prevent data copying, that can lead to humans errors / typo errors.
It may be useful to add more information while we're creating document to sign, to enter things like dates... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use the WebApp UI, and it works well for a small number of contracts to sign each year (about 100). Easy to add users, create a contract, send the invitation, see the status, send reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have some complaints from signers about the UI, especially on mobile. It's not intuitive to scroll to the last page to sign - I wish there were a button on the first page/screen to guide users to the action.
Otherwise, our main issue with YouSign is the pricing - it just seems expensive for what it is and the value it adds to our business. Especially when considering whether to move to APIs and to automate our integration further, an annual spend would increase 800€... we will probably consider other alternatives like HelloSign.
