Consider that this is an EU provider with servers in Europe. Very Welcome for GDPR issues. Very easy to use, very flexible. It is an affordable solution, thanks to which you save time and money. I needed legal and binding signatures on my documents which I did not had before (i.e. scans of signature). Yousign is above all easy to use. Its handling is natural both for the creator of the documents to be signed electronically and for the recipient. Simple UI, easy to learn how to sign a document —regular updates to improve the tool, which is appreciated. Quick on-boarding, unlimited signatures is appreciate. Being able to create templates to save some time. No technical problem since we use Yousign, pretty stable. RGPD compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A phone number is mandatory even though we can choose to confirm a signature by phone or by email.

Having to log in several times a day. No option to download all signed documents in one time (zip format). No option to put a colleague in CC of the document that needs to be signed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a quick & simple tool to sign all contracts (work, real estate, etc.) and other documents. The unlimited signature per month is an excellent point. No engagement. You can resign at any time, so no risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
