Locally is it works ok but not straightforward to set up. The support team is helping me to sort out the issues. Support is essential but it's working with their help. I am still working ro get some features. I couldn't do remote MAC provisioning but support team is helping me for various things. Linkus can be used via port forwarding. Its not the product works straight away. Support is essential. After support helps, it works. Final experience, I will update after using all features for some times.

I purchases S100 model due to its features but I only use 10 lines. Although its 10 accounts or less, I need to purchase Linkus ($299) as per the serial no. Which would be expensive for me. When we all moved to working remotely, Yeastar made our communication seamless within our office. We could still call each other via intercom, even to employees in different parts of the world. Having the phone app almost made our desk phones obsolete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When the internet goes down, so do our phones. Being cloud-based is excellent most of the time, but like almost everything else in the office, when service goes, everything goes. Yeastar's PBX (S Series) helped me "upgrading" my clients old PBX.

Neogate Gateways solved me a lot of problems :

- Don't have to do a new data cable-laying

- Clients can use their analogue phones ( ex : Hotels)

- Finally have a web interface for the analogue phones

Yeastar's Remote Management saves me a lot of money. Many clients are distant 150-200 km.

VPN Server addon helps to add external extensions ( Android smartphones of Classic Ip Phones).

Some clients still use Fax and can't do without it. Yeastar's Fax-to-Mail it's really useful and client's can receive and read at any time the faxes.

For those who needs more security for the PBX and don't have a HW or SW Firewall in house, Yeastar's internal firewall do the job. Just remeber to add in the White list the Internal IP (LAN) and VOIP Provider IP.

Yeastar is my best Solution i always offer to my customer for unified communication. I only need less than a day to prepare instalation until finished. The configuration is easy to understand even for beginner IT Staff.
