I strongly disagree with the concept of enterprise social media like Yammer. I find that nobody is interested in using it, which further leads to a lack of engagement or interest when seeing what others post. Additionally, this platform was created for an issue that never should have been solved in the first place and automated emails are often used as being one’s only option so its use becomes redundant at times.
