The ability to track analytics on the engagement of a prospect so I could see what was appealing to them the most. This is the killer app component of Xtensio. That insight could be invaluable for sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The information architecture of the platform is puzzling. Templates and Folios are not well explained in a way that is helpful to users. The app struggled with some browsers and I had a lot of issues with loading. Lastly, there needs to be more editing tools. A hugely cool app that needs more development and cleanup. A notable drawback I encountered was in the exporting functionality. Specifically, when trying to export the user persona, I faced a persistent issue where the header or title of the persona would not be included in the exported document. This bug made it challenging to present a complete and professional-looking persona outside the Xtensio platform, requiring additional steps to manually add the header in the exported version.
