What I like most about Xtensio as someone who isn't much of a creative person, is that they do the exploring for me of checking/gathering ideas and recommendations that are up to my liking; by giving different templates, designs, and features that are free to use.
Xtensio is truly a website or program that I've discovered through a friend. Glad that I've decided to look and explore it. seeing its wonderful features; making it easier for me to do my work and giving me more time to do other tasks; for ease of implementation.
Xtensio is easy to use, as it allows me to integrate with other websites such as Messenger, facebook, and telegram. This has been also the website me and my friend use to do our work together and collaborate ideas comfortably.
They are very open and have an approachable manner and endless support to users like me.

The information architecture of the platform is puzzling. Templates and Folios are not well explained in a way that is helpful to users. The app struggled with some browsers and I had a lot of issues with loading. Lastly, there needs to be more editing tools. A hugely cool app that needs more development and cleanup.
