Our technicians in the field need to have a fast easy way to navigate and input some of the data we need during onsite visits. XOi has both a mobile app for mobile use / technician input and a website that is easy to design your own workflows. We like the fact that our technicians don't need a computer degree to understand how to fill out the workflows and for our supervisors creating the workflows are easy, super intuitive and user friendly. XOi has given our office the ability to better document information to relate to corperate and our customers. Once you understand how to set up the questions that you need for your particular work flows in your office, everything else will fall into place in regards to answering any questions partaining to work that has been preformed by technicians. The most helpful thing about XOi is that it gives you answers efficiently. With XOi you can create a job and add custom workflows catered towards any specific field work in your industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only dislike I have, which can be managed no problem, is the email notifications you get from a workflow being completed. I believe you should be able to get one notification once the whole job is complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We began using XOi 2 years ago and it has completely transformed how we manage our work orders. From repair/spot calls, to recommended repairs, to safety concerns to refrigerant tracking, XOi handles all our needs with precision and ease. Our quote turnaround times have increased, helping us to provide solutions to our customers so they can make knowledgeable decisions quickly. Unit history, sales opportunities, estimates and more are now easily tracked and accessible to everyone with simple searches. The possibilities for workflows, or data that can be obtained through questions inside of workflows, are endless and only limited by your imagination. There is nothing that I dislike about this product. Every need I have ever had has been handled with precision and expertise, providing an immediate solution. XOI is a program that helps our Service professionals provide detailed videos and pictures of onsite work. This has created a better experience for our customer. It also helps us follow procedures on all jobs by completing each step of the workflow. We've struggled for years trying to document and capture equipment information from our techs. With XOi, we have provided the tool our technicians need to simply gather the requested information and provide an awesome deliverable to the customer. In addition, we now have a growing database of information on the equipment we touch on a monthly/quarterly/semi-annual basis to help both the technician and office/sales staff in repairing and replacing aging equipment.
