In our company, Xmind is used for basic purposes, such as explaining flow charts to other departments . we often use flow diaggrams for our strategy. I develop new process for my business. I try to explain those processes in a simple way. I had to use a software to draw those charts. It had to be easy to sketch and not so expensive. We used Xmind for those kinds of duties. User have to be familiar to drawing technics. Person, who will use this software, should spend some time to learn how to use it, the shortcuts. Tutorials has to be read or watched. It requires time and effort to learn. But once it is learnt, charts can be drawn easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Xmind to express my planned flow charts to other colleagues. I use flow charts so often for my job. I structure new process because of my duty. In order to express the flows I needed software which I can easily sketch. The software also had to be cheap. Therefore, I used Xmind for that purpose. The users can draw business flows or hierarchies by this affordable solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is hard to draw the bubbles or flow steps. You must be used to first. The software has a logic of sketching and it requires time and effort to learn. It is not easy to understand. But once you understand the logic, the rest goes fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used xmind to create mind maps as a business analyst. It is a fantastic tool to create quick mind maps, allows the ability to export into multiple formats and collaborate with other team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The library of icons and available templates are limited in numbers. I also feel like the free model should have some more features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only mind mapping application that is free to use forever, open source and syncs across platforms and devices. The user interface is simple and easy to learn quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would definitely prefer better onboarding experience and support. I was looking for functionality to add videos and images etc and it took me a lot longer than expected to figure it out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
XMind is a great way to take notes, organize thoughts, and create presentations. It helps me think more clearly and creatively. Plus, it's super easy to use, even for beginners. Finally, it's affordable when compared to its competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free version is quite limited in features. It can be a bit slow and laggy, especially when working with large mind maps. Also, XMind comes with a variety of templates, but they are not very customizable. If you want to create a unique mind map, yo will need to start form scratch. Absolutely fantastic tool for capturing ideas, working out details and planning. Is great having one big sheet with everything on rather than it being spread out across various lists and folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing as yet, I honestly really enjoy using it. Top marks from me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working in a collaborative environment means we need to be able to share our ideas effectively. XMind allowed my team and me to do just that. We were able to put each of our ideas onto the mindmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
N/A. The XMind software allowed us to structure all of our ideas and bring them to life. The tree tables were my favorite as that is the way my brain thinks when it comes to mindmaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
