I really like how you are easily able gain knowledge on how to properly approach others based on their personality. There are a lot of different features that we are able to use that have become very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My issue was that I could not find everyone that I wanted to on XiQ. I knew that they had a linkedIn however, they did not show up on XiQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most useful part of the xiQ is it can easily track all the information that might take me half an hour or an hour to search but by using the xiQ, I'm able to sort out all the information in a click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Many small businesses or companies are not available on xiQ, even I can find their LinkedIn pages or their websites. I would love to see more companies or businesses on the xiQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I slightly dislike is the Gilroy AI but overall it is not bad, and I think they pull info from everywhere not just linkedin like is mentioned, like some of the parts on my profile was like if a person that knew me well wrote it, it made me feel uncomfortable kind of haha. XiQ gives a one stop shop to get account / resources and industry information about my cusotmer insight of data that I usually spend a lot of time finding in multiple places. Also the AI functionalities that are getting added help me geting answers to questions much faster in a very comprehesive way.
In details:
- Ask Gilroy, is helping me not only writing emails but also in preparation of Account planning sessions, summarizing information, checkpoits in processes like acocunt information etc
- Account information is this one stop shop I'm using (financial, executive board, historiy, news, SWOT etc)
- Resource "Insight" helps me prepare for conversation with a person
- Daily customer keeps me updated while i dont need to activly look for it
- Competitor analaysis together with SWOT comparison is incredible useful
- industy news help gaining knowledge about whats going on
- the team is consitently developing the tool to the better

The good the tool is, it is still very centralized towards large, publicly traded organizations where the most information is available. At smaller organizations i can still find a lot of information around the web which I think XiQ can develop to pull this information out and consolidate it. More difficult on public customers, but I think there is still room for improvement. Another area might IDC, Gardner etc data into the tool to make it even powerful.
Foreign language news is still very limited and could get more deeper into local news information.
Large companies who operate in different locations have only very limited regional information which can be improved. In the Sample of Thales which has different country subsidaries that heve content at country lelvel

xiQ is a platform that provides AI-driven, personalized insights for sales and marketing professionals. I think this a great and upcoming platform that everyone should take an interest in.
