The demo was not really that representative how it'd go. Really should have a trial period of even just 1 or 2 days. Bomboro or whatever it's called seemed to be meaningless, yet was the selling point

We were put into auto renew without warning. Our customer rep, who was quite rude, assured me I got a warning email. This is simply not true. I am diligent about my emails. I check my Junk folder. Whatever the case, I am the customer, who when noticing we were suddenly in a new contract year, immediately contacted Hoovers about not wanting to enter into another year. Our company needs changed and we needed to take a pause in using our Corporate and Foundation data resources. My supervisor and I spoke to our customer rep's manager who said his hands were tied. All they could do was "appeal to a board" and most likely our request will be rejected. It was rejected. We were stuck for another year. Fine. We might have gone back after the break because as mentioned, we were a customer from 2014-2023. Their treatment of us was so rude in 2023, we will not return. If you want the specific name of the rep, I have it. He lost our business forever and I will continue to share my story to fellow researchers in the Higher Ed Development industry. This tool makes it much easier to find other people within an organization. Plus the inbox makes it easy to see previous messages going back as you want. I don't like the inability to select many contacts at once extract a list of potential clients. It would also be nice if the link to the material would appear immediately without request more information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it's easy to target the exact position you're looking for. I also like other features like the tool's capability, ease of use, frequency of use, features, integrations, and more!
