It can give insight I believe is good to look for. It allowed me to pre obtain personality traits on someone I may need to be in contact with. Are they always accurate? Using xiQ was very helpful when it came to getting to know someone's personality traits and their way of working without knowing them. It was a helpful tool when needing to write a professional email to someone. It allowed me to write a well-rounded email that would connect to the person that I was trying to connect with. What I like about xiQ is the easy access to information, all the information the websites uses is public and analyzes in seconds useful data for job interviews, meeting people and more. The data illustrated in the website is easy to read and to follow with, as a student looking for full time positions, it gives confidence going into job interviews.

My only point of development for the app is the AI function to help connect with people, it a wondeful tool but it still needs some improvement in regards of the question formatting and editting! XiQ's modern and unique interface breeds a sense of next-generation accessibility to the world of social connection and career furthering. Its sub-tool use of Gilroy can be a helpful tool to help craft emails quickly, efficiently, and with a warm tone when contacting clients or addressing business ventures. The unique pie chart feature accurately (mostly) displays different facets of a given person's social profile in the ways they lead, connect, and grow. XiQ can be considered a giant step in both the age of AI technology and the connection through online experiences. Overall, if used correctly, it can be a great tool used to learn more about current and/or potential clients as well as any of those who are looking to make in-depth, valid connections over the internet. The downsides of XiQ are few and far between. However, its main use of AI may be the face of its shortcomings. With my extensive experience using XiQ, I found that many profiles of those I searched to be somewhat inaccurate, incomplete, or overall unhelpful when I tried to learn more about the given person from the profile. Additionally, the AI tool known as Gilroy crafted very structured and timely emails, but it seemed to lack human tone and genuine tact in its writing. Perhaps my bias of preference for human interaction is at play and interferes with the positive outlook towards the website, but nonetheless, XiQ's incomplete and unclear profiles, interface(s), and interactions leave me with a 6/10 for the product. I feel like personally its a 50/50 shot at accurately describing a person. By pulling from online and other platforms, you are understanding a lot about a person but I feel like its hard to tell a lot about their personality from just that. Personality profiles help me make sure my outreach is more effective. Using DISC-style personality profiles gives me insights into my prospects that I couldn't get easily from LinkedIn or SalesNav. I love the tips it provides across all areas: email, face-to-face, building trust, motivation, etc.
