I think XiQ has the potential to become the most important tool for not just salesmen, but to business professionals as a whole. The personality profile that it gives you for almost any businessperson goes very in depth, showing how compatible you are with them and how you should approach a conversation with them. While the personality profiles are useful they need to be taken with a grain of salt as to how accurate they are. Too my understanding, XiQ uses AI to search for individuals through professional sites such as LinkedIn, Handshake, and Company websites. While this should give a decent overview of their professional personality, it doesnt take into the equation how they act OUTSIDE of work. Of course this is for privacy reasons, but it still leaves out crucial information needed to properly evaluate ones personality.

For my own uses, I found the personality profile to be fairly accurate about 70% of the time. I thought that my own profile was very accurate, and many others I asked thought the same for themselves but there were also a few that dissagreed with their profile completely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
