Harder to navigate, there is too much going on in the platform. Sometimes counterintuitive. The user has to be careful not to be too restrictive while setting up the line items because changes made to campaigns cannot override the higher level settings. Setting up a campaign takes a lot longer too because you cannot see everything on one screen. Seems like AppNexus grew too fast to take the user experience into account.
