XaitPorter is very much beneficial in team collaboration work, as multiple people can work on the same document without affecting other members work on the same document, we can add tags for every task we perform on our document for easy understanding for another team members, easy to share work with others. The friendly UI makes it simple for my staff to collaborate effectively. We dont have to start from scratch every time because we have a library of information that is simple to access and organise. When I use XaitPorter with Google workspaces, I occasionally run into issues, however it works well with Microsoft packages. If the text formatting and updating features could be improved to offer a more smooth experience, that would be amazing. It was possible to crop attachments when adding them in Porter 4, it is not currently possible in Porter 5. More customization options as an extra feature would be helpful. I really appreciate several aspects of XaitPorter, but if I had to choose one feature that stands out as the best, it would be the software's collaborative document management capabilities. The ability for multiple users to work on a document simultaneously in real-time is truly remarkable. It eliminates the need for constant back-and-forth communication, ensures everyone is working on the latest version of the document, and significantly reduces the time spent on coordination and version control issues. it streamlines everyone's work and it's really easy to manage and oversee what others are doing. the comment feature allows us to put comments while working through various documents which saves a lot of time that would have been wasted if all the tedious points were communicated individually. It is very useful to set up proposals. Many people can work at the same time at different locations.There isn't an easy way to number items in a table.Perfect common source of info/library. The template allows us to create collaborative professional responses focused on content. The library and search function gives us easy access to previous information so we can cross reference data and tailor responses for each document.
