Xactimate is the best and easiest way to estimate property damages. Comprehensive line items for removal/replacement of damaged items, as well as cleaning, detaching/resetting, labor hours and bid items. Symbility and Simsol simply do not compare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Xactimate can be a bit buggy at times, but with enough use, you learn to navigate and even anticipate the small bugs that come with the program. In some cases, the bugs can be ignored entirely and in some other cases, you may have to revert to a prior version of your estimate to start over. This tool gets disconnected frequently, due to this we couldn't retrive the unsaved data and data loss happens at this time. This tool doesn't auto save options to save the data automatically in cloud.
