I think the top reason we work with Wynter is the ability to get responses from target audiences we can trust to be who they say they are, to live and work in the world we're curious about, and to be vetted experts capable of giving valuable feedback. Plenty of survey tools exist, but they can't deliver nearly as well on bringing the right respondents to your message tests. I think Wynter can do more than it's currently doing in terms of testing options. We recently ran a very extensive survey across different audiences and got really clever with how we configured our test because it didn't exactly conform to the purposes of the format we selected - only because what we were trying to do wasn't an option (yet). I think the folks at Wynter saw how creative we were getting, though, and will be digging deeper to see how they can learn from our use of the platform, so I have faith we'll see Wynter continue to offer even more testing formats and features. - We can get feedback directly from our ICP and the audiences we want to sell to.
- The turnaround time is out of this world - most results were done within 24 - 48 hours.
- Landing pages and improving conversion rates are often the abandoned children of performance marketing. Improving both is an art and a science, and Wynter makes it easy to do so.
- You can write free-text audience details of who you're specifically looking to get feedback from if it's a niche role within a department. i.e. For us it's internal comms people that roll up into Wynter's pre-defined PR / Communications selector. Market research can be this scary thing but Wynter makes it super easy to get a test or survey live in hours and have results back in a day or two. This means you can start taking action asap. I don't think there is another platform that makes it easy to get quick feedback on messaging. Wynter has built an effective tool to test how CTAs, Hero Text, and general copy align with customer needs and interpretation.
Using Wynter will help you skip unnecessary learning phases with ads by getting faster input if the text and assets make sense to your audience.
It also helps you iterate page edits more quickly since you can make a landing page change, get feedback, and integrate again.
The benefit is that you do not need to wait a month for analytics or heatmaps to generate. Instead, you can leapfrog initial roadblocks and get to better data more quickly and efficiently. This lets you make changes to your offers, value props, and storytelling that improve its clarity and relevance to your customers.
We use it whenever we can on projects to shorten the overall timeline to deliver results that matter.

Initially, there were limited demographics for niche audiences, but in the last few years, they have expanded their available options, and I don't worry about that anymore.
I appreciate that if you have a concern or question, you get emails and feedback from employees or even Wynter's officers. They are all responsive and reachable.
The hardest part is getting some clients to sign off on the process, but that is not a fault of Wynter; it is just a different paradigm or mentality we are tasked with helping our customers overcome.
Testing is essential and doesn't mean you can't use brand tone or promote business goals; it just lets you discover how to make those objectives resonate with your customers.

Overall the speed of insights and fast access to our target market.
Insights are generally very useful - naturally you need to use your own judgement on how much you are influenced by them, but you can also report bad responders and filter for certain responders too.
Some of the new features like Surveys, preference tests and AI summary have also been very useful, giving this tool a promising future.
Chat support has been excellent the 3 or 4 times I've used it - both for admin and test related reasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform can be a bit cumbersome. e.g.
- difficult to forecast costs without setting tests up in full - particularly annoying if you plan 4 or 5 you'd like to do for a quarter
- switching between tests is too many clicks

The quality of responses from our Wynter tests are top notch. Really easy to set up and launch targeted tests. Results come back so fast it blows me away every time. Seriously, Wynter has been an absolute game-changer for our Product Marketing and GTM teams. It is embedded as a first stop in our GTM process to test messages, landing page copy or even run simple processes before anything gets pushed live.
