Price. But there is no feature that makes the hassle of using Wufoo worth the immeasurable costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our nonprofit has used Wufoo for 14 years. We are no longer going to use them. They are a nightmare. Wufoo does not have a way to prevent spam submissions. On payment-integrated forms this is critical.
For example: yesterday we had over 35,000 spam credit card transactions/submissions in an 8-hour span. It 's a nightmare. Wufoo does not use CAPTCHA. Their support is a joke. The only option they give is to limit forms to one submission per IP (our donate forms are used by the same users repeatedly). Or require a password (not an option for us). Or have no forms at all. I'm not joking. I can show you the support emails where having no forms was their suggestion to solve the problem. It's insane.
At first they told me if I required bots to type the word "I'm not a robot," it would stop them. I told support that it would not stop the bots, but I tried it anyway. I was right. It provided no deterrence.
Then Wufoo told me if I would not host any forms on our site, it would stop the bots. Wrong. We have no forms embedded on our site. All our forms are Wufoo hosted only. Bots are still finding them. Wufoo has no plans to implement CAPTCHA.
Wufoo's security and spam prevention is akin to a bank asking to keep your cash... while having no vault, no locks on the doors, no security guard, no security cameras, or anything. It's unconscionable that Wufoo would actually take customers' money for this service. Using Wufoo has cost us time, problems with our payment gateway as there are tens of thousands of fraudulent transactions in a 24-hour span... and problems with our email server, as there are 100k emails per day.
Using Wufoo is now nothing but a nightmare. DO NOT USE WUFOO. There are far better form builders for the same or better cost. Again, STEER CLEAR OF WUFOO. USE ANOTHER FORM BUILDER!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wufoo is great! It's easy and you don't need to have advanced coding skills to understand even the advanced forms. The tool is very straightforward and simple and the services are extremely engaging. The price isn't bad either! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not the biggest fan of the design. It's slightly outdated and not user friendly, especially for users that prefer a more modern look. The CSS option also isn't as flexible for customization so that's a bummer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it is super straight forward on how to use and how to build a survey - it walks you through the steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the platform itself looks a little dated, could use a fresher interface to look modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can create customizable forms within minutes, it's easy to use and can integrate it with anything I want. I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found anything I don't like this far. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wofuu will allow you to create any submission (application) form you want for your website. You can complete dynamic fields based on the input of the user. And it is all done without any programming skills or knowledge. Paid plans will allow you to create branding and customize any form to match your website. Implementation is done by simply copying and pasting the code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their technical support is done only via email communication. In many cases, it is not easy to explain the problem. It may take days to resolve something and you may not have that time if your website submission form is not working properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like it because it is very easy to use to make a form, You can change the theme if you want, There are many features. Anyone without software knowledge can usee it. Ready-made software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not colorful. I would like to make the application form colorful. If you can add colors to change the form it will be helpful for many users worldwide. I would like to have a free plan so students and job seekers also can use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to plug questions into the forms. It's been easy to get clients to fill them out because Wufoo is so user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not sure what I would change about Wufoo. I've been very happy using Wufoo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It works the way you'd want without having to go through a painful learning curve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Minor item: you can use the app for free, but you can't redirect to a custom URL at the end of the survey without a paid account. Very affordable though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing I like about Wufoo is that it is user-friendly and the UX is so simple to navigate and looks much better than the other form builders out there like Gravity forms, etc. For example, the firm thing I noticed about Wufoo is that the set up process is much simpler compared to Gravity forms where I need to purchase a license offline and then integrate that with my wordpress website in some instances. Also, it is really easy to understand how to build forms and start collecting information from those forms in Wufoo. The explanation is really visual as compared to the other products out there. I do not like the fact that there are so many subscription levels to choose from. one or two is fine but having four is a bit much to decide from, to be honest. When I first tried to purchase the subscription, I was confused as to which one to choose from as there were 4-5 options including a free one. I feel if the options were limited, it would make it easier for me to choose and set up the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wufoo allows very in-depth forms to be created. I cannot find another app that does this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it is very in-depth, it's also tricky to learn, and you can only contact them by email. I would give Wufoo a 10 if they had phone support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
