WPS Writer Pros and Cons

Sometimes we need to edit our files urgently and that's where WPS Writer helps us. Easy to use and mobile-friendly. Templates are awesome and attractive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does sometimes crash on IOS and even sometimes heats up the phone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy and helpful. Unlike other products this allows me to complete my work on the go. This is a lite product and not risky to use. I would recommend everyone about this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Advertisement. When I see loads of advertisements I feel irritated by them. Sometime it is also limited and doesn't give me the result I want, which very rare though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WPS is work friendly, which had made my office work, easier from file conversations and editing.

Signature on documents is made easy

More fonts style should be available,

Very easily available and accessable, amazing templetes. Useful tools and features features for creating documents,power point or excell sheet.its best option for Microsoft word as many time I don't need laptop even bcoz of WPS application to create any document Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It doesn't show scale for page setup so alignment is difficult also we can't share file directly via Gmail or watsup. Some time saving of created file or document is difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like about using this WPS Office application is that I can perform and develop when type of work such as reports or presentations quickly and accurately, as it maintains compatibility with most mobile devices thus achieving use anywhere and appreciate the best possible time, maintain an attractive design and updates that add essential features to improve your image. When connected to the internet, i've noticed that there are alot of adverts.

The grammar check tool on this software is not good enough. After working on this, you transfer your work to Microsoft office and you see there are a lot of red inks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can say this is one of the best Writer app. It's Pros are as below that I liked the most.

1) easy to export created document to PDF.

2) WE can easily (directly) share it to email, Whatsapp, FB.

3) we can add table, Picture, photo from albums, handmade drawing, text box , shapes etc with ease.

4) large viewing area available as the toolbar is hidden cleverly.

5) we can set colured background as per need.

6)we can even translate the created document in desired language by just one button click.

7)spell check also available to avoid grammar and typo errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very powerful writer . But few things I disliked:-

1) mic is not available to convert speech to text

2) for drawing only 5 colors are available.

3) I found it difficult to set custom margins as there is no ruler or scale.

4) limited fonts are available in free version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wps Writer is the best documentation writer where we can prepare our office presentation, documents, excel sheets this doc files can be open in Microsoft office too, it has best fonts, its very similar to MS office best feature is you can open multiple tabs in one application whereas in MS office you have to open each file in each tab for comparison it will be very difficult to match the file whereas in WPS Writer it's best feature you can open multiple file in single application. Nothing to Dislike in this Application but looks like pricing is quite high & whereas MS office was Free for few days, Whereas in WPS Writer Free Plan you will get limited access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Less famous (fewer users)

- Unstable application: crash a lot on the phone (some platforms )
