Not recommended for big and heavy form. Even the form taking too much loading time after using 15-20 conditional fields. I have contacted with them many times but didn’t provide my any working solution. Breaking the form into 4/5 small form is not a solution for that. Totally waste of money. I have more that 400 conditional fields.

We use WPForms almost exclusively at Philly Web Team after converting over from Ninja Forms. Aside from the ease of use in the admin, the overall coding structure is just easier for us to work with and build custom one-off integrations for our clients sites. Additionally, the pricing is way better. We'd rather have one subscription for everything, especially unlimited, than have a million individual add-on subscriptions limited to only so many sites. Just make sense as the better choice for all of our form solutions. We even get great feedback from our clients who are more hands on and enjoy the interface of setting up their own forms. The pricing could use some re-hauling or at least the lead number increased, especially for clients that pay more than one subscription. WPForms excell in their functionality. The number of options you get after the install is great. I really like the inteligent functions of gradual revealing fields based on the user input, number of available integrations like Google sheets connection which really works, Zappier, Brevo, Stripe and more. Additional bonus is the ease of use as I develop the page for the client, creating a brief how to guide and then they controll the submissions by themself or some of them editing their forms. Additional bonus is responsive customer support, which is fast in understanding the issue providning the best solution.
