Nothing, I have no idea because it's so great !!! Almost perfect ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about WPForms is the perfect balance between power and simplicity. As someone who isn't particularly technical, I'm amazed at how intuitive the drag-and-drop builder is - I can create professional forms in minutes rather than hours.
The Stripe integration has been a game-changer for my business. Setting up payment forms with recurring options was surprisingly straightforward, and the webhook functionality ensures all my systems stay in sync without manual intervention.
I also love that I can customize everything with CSS when needed. While the default designs look great, being able to tweak colors, spacing, and styles to match my brand exactly gives me complete control without needing to hire a developer.
The pre-built templates save me tremendous time, and the conditional logic features help me create smart forms that adapt to user inputs. Overall, WPForms has dramatically improved how I collect information and process payments on my website! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The form builder, though intuitive, can sometimes be a bit finicky when trying to create complex multi-column layouts. I've occasionally had to start over when trying to make detailed adjustments to field positioning.
The CSS customization, while powerful, isn't beginner-friendly. I had to learn some basic CSS to make the styling changes I wanted, as there's no visual style editor for those who aren't comfortable with code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a beginner/intermediate level user of WordPress, I needed something that wasn't overly complex, and it fit the bill. The combo of features, price, ease of use, makes WPForms the right choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I have come across so far is the rare time that I've wanted to use a feature that would require an upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All the data stays with you (especially important if you collect information you do not want to share with Google or other services).
People can respond without the need to login or use a third party account (Google forms necessitate a Google account).
Easy to use after a slight learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no real dislikes. New form fields are always added at the end and then need to be moved up, if another placement is desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
WPForms easily takes the cake for ease of use, generating forms from templates or starting from scratch. Absolutely the best way to implement forms for any Wordpress site! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one downside to WPForms is if you want to get really deep in the customization (maybe to match the styling of your site), you're going to have to know CSS and implement it manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Conversational forms packed with rich conditional logic and calculations and the ability to apply custom php. All works together seamlessly.
Pricing structure is great too and it is on-premise so no SaaS platform external to the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing that I dislike about WPForms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use WPForms almost exclusively at Philly Web Team after converting over from Ninja Forms. Aside from the ease of use in the admin, the overall coding structure is just easier for us to work with and build custom one-off integrations for our clients sites. Additionally, the pricing is way better. We'd rather have one subscription for everything, especially unlimited, than have a million individual add-on subscriptions limited to only so many sites. Just make sense as the better choice for all of our form solutions. We even get great feedback from our clients who are more hands on and enjoy the interface of setting up their own forms. Would love to see more integrations, but I wouldn't mark it as something that I dislike. Obviously with more demand for certain features, more integrations will be built out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The versatility and its simpleness but also the fact that it is sometimes customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing could use some re-hauling or at least the lead number increased, especially for clients that pay more than one subscription. Customer support has not been needed many times but whenever I did, they did come back within 24 hours which is not really great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
WPForms is definitely worth it, whether you need a simple contact form or a more advanced setup. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their website’s form-building capabilities! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Costly for Advanced Features: If you're managing multiple websites or need several integrations, the cost can add up quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use and powerful features. The drag-and-drop builder makes form creation simple and intuitive, while the customizable templates and advanced functionalities like conditional logic offer flexibility and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The premium plan is a bit pricey........ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not recommended for big and heavy form. Even the form taking too much loading time after using 15-20 conditional fields. I have contacted with them many times but didn’t provide my any working solution. Breaking the form into 4/5 small form is not a solution for that. Totally waste of money. I have more that 400 conditional fields.
Finally switched to another form plugin after wasting lots of time and money. Shame on Wpforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
