That being said, there is a steep learning curve, and the user interface is bloated and not intuitive at all, as it is with all SDL products. The API is somewhat buggy, and sometimes the connectors don't work the way they are supposed to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are bugs particularly with the Integration API - and the documentation of the API does not always correspond to the actual way that the API works. You do need the support of SDL to get around the bugs btw such as UI related functionalities that are not described in the API - even though they may be supported in an un-intuitive way.
