I LOVE WorkTango! We are all bad at focusing on the negative in the world, but having the opportunity to recognize greatness and positive attributes in a colleague really changes our focus. It is so fun to shout out an employee and celebrate their successes and say "thanks" for their help. It's also SO easy to use. As a manager, I use it multiple times a week! Searching for items to redeem points is not very user-friendly. It could be clearer/provide better menu options. Redemption points for some items is a bit steep so redeeming for anything other than gift cards seems impossible. Smaller items for less points would be tempting.
