They should make rewards more accessible (fewer points required, more variety of prizes). Sometimes there are too many notifications or emails, which makes it a bit noisy. Work Tango is intuitive, so easy to use. I also like that it doesn't take long to reach out and send a very public shout-out to a colleague who has been extra helpful or is doing a really great job. The recongition I receive when I do a good job on something.

As well as making someone else happy when I give them a recogntion.

I can't see the job anniversay's easily like I can with everyone's birtdhay. But that is probably because I don't have the right settings.

I love that Work Tango lets you recognize your coworkers . It is nice to be able to show your coworkers some love when they help you and just to be able to let them know you appreciate and care for them. i LOVE that we can redeem our points for things. To be honest, since this has been implemented, it has created a more positive work dynamic. I enjoy sending props to individuals, providing them with a sense of accomplishment and gratitude. It's a great way to enforce the positive things people do that may go unnoticed. It is super easy to use and there are so many different features to choose from.
