i like how easy to use this site is and easily understood it is. Very very Hard to get lost on Kazoo. Everything is very straight forward and self explaining. Kazoo has Awesome features and even better rewards. Really good and easy to use recognition system. i really dislike how the loading time is a little slow every now and then. sometimes the approval period takes a bit longer than expected which can be frustrating if your waiting for points to claim a certain reward youve been eyeing. I find it hard to switch from the main window to a new tab when opening the rewards section. Also the rewards section can be a little confusing. Very easy to accidently click on something n get pulled away from where your trying to go. I wish there was a way to earn more points than am giving to give as a recognition to other co workers. I LIKE THE LAYOUT OVERALL. I LIKE THAT I CAN SEE COWORKER'S BIRTHDAYS AND WORK ANNIVERSARIES. OUR COMPANY USES THE STRIVE POINT SYSTEM TO REWARD ASSOCIATES FOR GOOD DEEDS. IT'S NICE THAT A MANAGER CAN BE LINKED WHEN A REWARD IS GIVEN SO THEY CAN BE NOTIFIED WHEN THEIR SUBORDINATE IS GOING OVER AND BEYOND DAILY DUTIES. I ALSO LIKE THAT YOU CAN GIVE MULTIPLE ASSOCIATES STRIVE POINTS AND LINK THEM ALL. THIS IS A GREAT WAY FOR COLLABORATION. I LIKE THAT WHEN STRIVE POINTS ARE GIVEN THAT THE GIVER CAN WRITE A DESCRIPTION AS TO WHY THEY ARE GIVEN. I ALSO LIKE THAT I CAN SEE THE HISTORY OF STRIVE POINTS RECEIVED AND GIVEN. I DON'T LIKE THAT THE STRIVE POINTS BALANCE IS NOT SHOWN ON THE HOME PAGE. THE STRIVE POINTS USED TO BE ON THE HOME PAGE WHICH MADE IT EASY TO SEE WHAT THE BALANCE WAS. NOW, THE ONLY WAY TO SEE STRIVE POINTS IS TO GO INTO THE REWARDS SECTION. IT'S NOT NEARLY AS USER FRIENDLY. I ALSO LIKED THE OLDER VERSION THAT HAD THE "SEND RECOGNITION" OPTION AT THE HOME SCREEN. IT WAS A LITTLE EASIER THAN FINDING THE PERSON FIRST AND THEN SENDING THE RECOGNITION. THE STRIVE POINT "GIVE" BALANCE SHOULD BE ON THE HOME SCREEN TOO. Kazoo does a great job in the use of Peer to Peer recognition and award program. The feature is usable to the broader range of associates of all sizes. It gives anyone an opportunity to award each other a certain number of points. Also by awarding, it drives associates to perform better for the organization. I love this feature. Not only does reward feels good to the employee, but the entire organization can see the achievement and the person making the award. Additionally, the points earned do not have an expiration date, which give people the opportunity to build up their points so that they can meet the goals on the product they seek. The only thing not helpful about Kazoo are the prize choices. Most of the prizes are either too outdated or not worth the number of points required. However, the gift cards are somewhat acceptable, because gift cards allows people to be more selective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
