What do you like best about WorkTango?

i like how easy to use this site is and easily understood it is. Very very Hard to get lost on Kazoo. Everything is very straight forward and self explaining. Kazoo has Awesome features and even better rewards. Really good and easy to use recognition system. I like how quickly you can earn points and the rewards are incredibly amazing. i also enjoy the reminders Kazoo gives me every day to take care of myself and engage more than i am already doing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkTango?

i really dislike how the loading time is a little slow every now and then. sometimes the approval period takes a bit longer than expected which can be frustrating if your waiting for points to claim a certain reward youve been eyeing. I find it hard to switch from the main window to a new tab when opening the rewards section. Also the rewards section can be a little confusing. Very easy to accidently click on something n get pulled away from where your trying to go. I wish there was a way to earn more points than am giving to give as a recognition to other co workers. Recommendations to others considering WorkTango:

If you are looking for a easy to use self explainitory site with great support staff to help if you have any trouble this is the site for you. Take advantage of any opportunity you get to claim behavior bonuses and rack up all the points and claim wonderful rewards. i recommend not sending all ur recognition points out all at once. i find its better to send them out for birthdays or anniversaries or when someone has helped you greatly. What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems i am solving with kazoo start with breaking bad habits and creating new ones. Kazoo reminds me every single day to drink water, exercise, meditate, over all take good car of myself. Kazoo also reminds me to engage with my family n friends but as well as my coworkers. I realize the benefits are amazing. I LIKE THE LAYOUT OVERALL. I LIKE THAT I CAN SEE COWORKER'S BIRTHDAYS AND WORK ANNIVERSARIES. OUR COMPANY USES THE STRIVE POINT SYSTEM TO REWARD ASSOCIATES FOR GOOD DEEDS. IT'S NICE THAT A MANAGER CAN BE LINKED WHEN A REWARD IS GIVEN SO THEY CAN BE NOTIFIED WHEN THEIR SUBORDINATE IS GOING OVER AND BEYOND DAILY DUTIES. I ALSO LIKE THAT YOU CAN GIVE MULTIPLE ASSOCIATES STRIVE POINTS AND LINK THEM ALL. THIS IS A GREAT WAY FOR COLLABORATION. I LIKE THAT WHEN STRIVE POINTS ARE GIVEN THAT THE GIVER CAN WRITE A DESCRIPTION AS TO WHY THEY ARE GIVEN. I ALSO LIKE THAT I CAN SEE THE HISTORY OF STRIVE POINTS RECEIVED AND GIVEN. I DON'T LIKE THAT THE STRIVE POINTS BALANCE IS NOT SHOWN ON THE HOME PAGE. THE STRIVE POINTS USED TO BE ON THE HOME PAGE WHICH MADE IT EASY TO SEE WHAT THE BALANCE WAS. NOW, THE ONLY WAY TO SEE STRIVE POINTS IS TO GO INTO THE REWARDS SECTION. IT'S NOT NEARLY AS USER FRIENDLY. I ALSO LIKED THE OLDER VERSION THAT HAD THE "SEND RECOGNITION" OPTION AT THE HOME SCREEN. IT WAS A LITTLE EASIER THAN FINDING THE PERSON FIRST AND THEN SENDING THE RECOGNITION. THE STRIVE POINT "GIVE" BALANCE SHOULD BE ON THE HOME SCREEN TOO. THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW OF THE GIVE BALANCE IS WHEN YOU GO IN TO GIVE STRIVE POINTS TO SOMEBODY. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I RECOMMEND USING KAZOO TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. I ESPECIALLY RECOMMEND IT TO COMPANIES THAT EMPLOY A LOT OF ASSOCIATES WORKING FROM HOME. IT'S A GREAT TOOL FOR ORGANIZATIONS WITH "TEAM" CULTURES AS THE STRIVE POINT SYSTEM REWARDS ASSOCIATES FOR HELPING EACH OTHER. OFTEN TIMES, GOING THE "EXTRA MILE" GOES UNNOTICED BUT THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO REMEDY THAT. IT'S ALSO VERY EASY TO USE. THAT'S IMPORTANT TO ENSURE THE SYSTEM GETS USED. What do you like best about WorkTango?

Kazoo does a great job in the use of Peer to Peer recognition and award program. The feature is usable to the broader range of associates of all sizes. It gives anyone an opportunity to award each other a certain number of points. Also by awarding, it drives associates to perform better for the organization. I love this feature. Not only does reward feels good to the employee, but the entire organization can see the achievement and the person making the award. Additionally, the points earned do not have an expiration date, which give people the opportunity to build up their points so that they can meet the goals on the product they seek. What do you dislike about WorkTango?

The only thing not helpful about Kazoo are the prize choices. Most of the prizes are either too outdated or not worth the number of points required. However, the gift cards are somewhat acceptable, because gift cards allows people to be more selective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because of lack of personal interaction between associates, the use of Kazoo allows people to receive recognition for the job they have done. At my workplace, there are not many opportunities for person to person interaction. using Kazoo allows better engagement with their supervisors, managers, and executive leaders for the organization. Also, person relies on recognitions to achieve great things for the organization as well as seeking promotions.
